Intro To Corporate Photography

This half day workshop begins at the studio for introductions and a quick overview of the itinerary. Participants are shuttled to the location where equipment and shooting areas are already set up. Local small businesses partner with us to host our workshops and, in exchange, receive some images to use.

Instruction will not only cover photography and lighting appropriate to each subject, but also working with an art director/marketing representative, effectively using a stylist, shooting tethered to a laptop, working collaboratively as a team, and managing different personality types during a shoot.

Food will be provided while the group continues to learn about what happens after a shoot and how to process and deliver images to the client.

Photographers will retain the copyright of their images and can use them as they like. They are asked to offer the hosting company a few of their favorite images with copyright info in the metadata. The hosting company is free to use these images but will be expected to give photo credit where appropriate.

$75 includes a half day of instruction with Photo Studio Group's equipment, shuttle service to and from the location, and a meal.
